Simple Personal PizzasDifficulty: Easy
These personal pizzas are super fast and easy. I like that they use ingredients that I typically have on hand. We love making them for a quick lunch!
1/4 cup tomato/pasta sauce
Tortillas (we use whole wheat)
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice: Mozzarella, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a favorite blend
Optional: Can also add veggies or meats. Some of our favorites are spinach, bell peppers, onions, chicken, ground beef!
- Place tortilla on baking sheet.
- Spread 1/4 cup pasta sauce evenly over surface of tortilla.
- Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese over top.
- Bake at 375 for 10 min, or until cheese bubbles and melts.

We do something similar with whole wheat pita pockets. It gives the pizza a little more crust.
I make them once a week work a salad for our family
You guys should try it with naan bread – sooo good!
