These personal pizzas are super fast and easy. I like that they use ingredients that I typically have on hand. We love making them for a quick lunch!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tomato/pasta sauce

  • Tortillas (we use whole wheat)

  • 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice: Mozzarella, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a favorite blend

  • Optional: Can also add veggies or meats. Some of our favorites are spinach, bell peppers, onions, chicken, ground beef!

Directions

  • Place tortilla on baking sheet.
  • Spread 1/4 cup pasta sauce evenly over surface of tortilla.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese over top.
  • Bake at 375 for 10 min, or until cheese bubbles and melts.

Great little video, such a simple and overlooked thing that we did when we were younger too. Thanks for the encouragement 😊

We do something similar with whole wheat pita pockets. It gives the pizza a little more crust.

I make them once a week work a salad for our family
