Sweet Potato Oven FriesDifficulty: Easy
- Cut off ends of sweet potatoes, then cut in half longways. To create miniature fries, lay halves flat, and cut into strips longways, then turn and cut sideways. (The narrower the width of the fries, the faster they will bake. We usually do about 1/3 inch wide!)
- Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper, then pour out into even layer on baking sheet.
- Bake at 450° for 20 minutes, or until desired level of crispness is reached.
