2 pkg. cream cheese (12 oz.)
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip™
Vanilla Wafers (or graham cracker crust)
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together and fold in Cool Whip™. It will fill 24 cupcakes with a vanilla wafer in the bottom, or 1 heaping graham cracker crust, or 2 thin graham cracker crusts. (This is one of Jill’s favorite desserts!)
This project took place several years ago. But it was so fun, and such a transformation, that we wanted to share the process! We’re still blown away by how it all came together!
